With extensive experience, including her tenure as a former partner at Grant Thornton and her roles in various industries such as telecommunications, professional services, real estate, manufacturing, and mining, Vallerie brings a wealth of knowledge to the table.
With a strong focus on leadership, Vallerie excels in leading cross-functional teams, building relationships, and driving measurable outcomes. Her areas of expertise include strategic planning, process improvement and automation, transformational change, internal controls, and cross-cultural communications.
She also honed her expertise in developing and executing strategic outsourcing initiatives. In previous roles, she played a pivotal role in crafting a strategic outsourcing strategy, beginning with third-party outsourcing and culminating in the establishment of a Shared Services Center in India. Vallerie's adept leadership also extends to overseeing comprehensive outsourcing services, encompassing the evaluation of existing processes, formulation of future strategies, and efficient management of finance and accounting outsourcing services. These experiences underscore her dedication to delivering impactful solutions for organizations worldwide.
